This scene represents the pain of the protagonist(Spider-Man)as his uncle was killed previously in the earlier series. Death is common convention that occurs in the lives of protagonists in action films and it helps them realise how important their own lives are and those of others.
In this scene we see the stereotypical action movie villain. He is holding a machine gun and shooting at Spider-Man but is missing every shot, and then Spider-man proceeds to beat him up.
We have scenes such as the following showing the common conventions of action movies having a tremendous amount of physical stunts and activities such as: Chase scenes, rescues, battles, martial arts, explosions and adventurous heroes which are all designed for the audience to achieve escapism (which it is how the audience is attracted).
Falling in with the stereotype we see a scene that introduces the love interest between the protagonist (Spider-man) and a female character.
This screenshot shows the typography used near the end of the trailer. This image shows the iconic Spider-Man logo and uses the classic Spider-man font which was created by marvel. There is also spider webs in the background of the screen in order to complete the brand of Spider-man.
